June 2024 – Student Ministry Update
HEY PARENTS!
Our world is divided in almost every way imaginable. On the surface, it might not seem like the time is right for a movement of God. On the contrary, now is the perfect time for revival. Not the emotional, momentary, feel-good type that comes and goes, but a revival that changes hearts. When God changes hearts, churches change. And changed churches change cities, which change nations, which change the world. When the world has seemed to be at its darkest, the Spirit of God has moved in a way that only He could. Can He do it again? Yes, He can. We just need to prepare our hearts to be ready when He does. This summer we will be taking our students through an 8 week study titled “Revival Generation”
Alyssa and I are so excited to lead your teen through this book! I know that you are keenly aware of the need for revival in our students’ lives. This book is all about helping teens know what revival is, what it is not, and how to prepare their hearts to be ready if God decides to bring revival again.
FOR THIS SUMMER:
- Students will be provided with a Study Book. This book contains weekly session notes that will be used for our Wednesday Night Gatherings + Daily Devotionals for your student to study throughout the week.
- All students will be given a Study Book at no charge, however if you would like to help contribute to the book fund, the cost of the books are $15.00 each. Please see Pastor Noah if you’d like to help!
- Dinner will be served each Wednesday
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- •There will be NO SERVICE on Wednesday June 23 due to Youth Camp.
- •Please remind your students each week to bring their Study Book
- •If you have not joined the Parent Group, search Bridge Student Ministries on Facebook.
- •All Incoming 6th Graders will begin joining us on Wednesday June 5th.
